Responsibilities

• Support young people within the community at clubs, classes and activities.
• Update and follow each child's care plan to achieve appropriate outcomes.
• Build positive relationships with young people and help them reach goals.
• Collaborate with parents and partner agencies to create opportunities for young people.
• Communicate and document important information for colleagues and management.
• Attend meetings and contribute to a supportive, efficient team.
• Understand safeguarding and child protection principles.
