Job summary

Aspire Housing and Personal Development Services is seeking dedicated Support Workers to assist young people in their homes and community settings. You will provide personal and clinical care, manage complex needs including verbal and non-verbal communication, and support individuals with autism and challenging behaviour.

Role involves assisting with medication, housing arrangements, appointments, and daily routines, promoting independence and social participation.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but we provide a full induction and ongoing training.

Whether it’s helping someone feel confident in their own home or supporting them at a community event, you’ll play a vital role in helping people feel safe, empowered, and connected.

This role can involve lone working, with on-call support available 24 hours a day.

You’ll Need

• Right to work in the UK (WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP)
• UK Driving Licence
• Access to your own car would be advantageous
• Flexibility to work shift patterns (day, evening, or weekend)
