Job summary

Your Housing Group is recruiting a Project Officer to join a multidisciplinary team at Lock 20 in Wigan Town Centre. You will provide key worker support to young residents aged 16-25, helping them develop independent living skills and achieve personal goals.

The role operates on a 4-week rolling rota with varied early/mid/late shifts and some lone-working, within a supportive environment. You will work closely with colleagues and external agencies, delivering life-skills sessions and

• Provide key worker support to residents to help them achieve goals and develop living skills.
• Build positive relationships with residents, colleagues and external professionals.
• Deliver 1-2-1 life skills sessions and contribute to action plans.
• Assist with multi-agency meetings and group activities as part of the learning programme.
