Job summary

Action for Children is seeking a Service Co-ordinator for our Rossorry Grove Supported Accommodation in Enniskillen, NI. You will lead a team of Housing Support workers to deliver tailored support for 16–21 year olds, developing independent living skills and safeguarding best practices.

You will manage rosters, monitor outcomes, and drive professional development while ensuring a safe, compliant environment and active involvement in reviews and meetings.

Qualifications

• Level 3+ in Health and Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Education or equivalent.
• Experience with children, young people and families.
• Experience managing a team or supervising staff.
• Sound safeguarding knowledge and safeguarding practice.
• Excellent IT and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel and cover an on-call rota.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Housing Support workers and Practitioners.
• Monitor and report outcomes for young people supported.
• Provide line management, coaching and mentoring to staff.
• Deliver reflective practice supervision and outcomes-focused work.
• Complete and manage a 24/7 rota for the service.
• Maintain safe, positive service environment with safeguarding compliance.
• Attend professional meetings as required.
