CareTech is recruiting for a Children’s Residential Support Worker in Rawtenstall, Lancashire. The role offers a salary of £35,798 to £36,563 and includes about eight sleep-ins per month. A full UK manual driving licence is required and sponsorship is not available.

You will support young people with daily routines, help plan activities, and ensure care plans are up to date within a home-like setting. Training will be provided and development is encouraged.

Formación

• Experience in caring for children or young people preferred.
• Working towards Level 4 qualification in Children's Residential Care.
• Must hold a manual UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Support young people with routines, school readiness, meals, and activities.
• Maintain up-to-date care plans and document feedback.
• Provide emotional support and build trusting relationships.
• Collaborate with staff to create a welcoming home environment.
• Oversee light housekeeping as part of home duties.
