Qualifications

• Experience in care is preferred.
• Manual UK driving licence is essential.
• Strong communication and listening skills are required.
• Willingness to pursue SSSC qualifications.
• Training will be provided for digital care systems.

Responsibilities

• Support children with daily routines and school prep.
• Update care plans regularly and record progress.
• Provide emotional support and build trusted relationships.
• Assist with light housekeeping and activity planning.
• Support senior staff with timely updates.
