Job summary

Caretech is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help young people aged 8-18 with daily routines, morning preparations for school, meals, and planning engaging activities. You will create a warm, homely environment and build trusted relationships while providing emotional support.

You'll work with a dedicated team, keep essential records, and participate in wellbeing checks. DBS clearance is required, along with references; two years of experience in residential childcare is preferred.

Qualifications

• Warm, patient, and a great listener focused on achieving outcomes for others.
• Experience/qualification in residential childcare.
• DBS check required with references covering the past two years for roles involving vulnerable groups.
