CareTech is seeking a dedicated residential support worker for our Woodside Farm location in Coylton, South Ayrshire. You will help young people with daily routines, school prep, meals, and activities in a warm, home-like setting.

We value compassion, patience and strong communication. A full UK driving licence is essential, and sponsorship is not available. Opportunities to progress within the company and PVG costs covered are provided.

Qualificações

• Previous experience is preferred or you may have cared for someone close.
• Desire to work towards SSSC qualifications.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Support young people with daily routines and getting ready for school.
• Prep for meal times and plan activities.
• Ensure children receive the highest level of support.
• Update care plans regularly and note any additional requirements.
• Help with light housekeeping to maintain a warm home environment.
• Build strong relationships and provide emotional support.
• Plan and join activities like trips to the park or movie nights.
