Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking dedicated Assistant Practitioners for Clayfields House in Stapleford. You will support young people, help maintain routines, and contribute to a safe, caring environment.

The role offers a three-week rotating shift and opportunities for professional development, with a focus on resilience and empathy in challenging circumstances. Clayfields House is a Secure Children’s Home serving up to 20 young people aged 10-18 with complex needs.

Competenze

• Minimum of 6 months experience of working with children and young people.
• Understanding of the physical, emotional, and mental health needs of vulnerable young people.
• Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a challenging environment.
• Ability to set and maintain appropriate boundaries while providing support.
