Job summary

Leeds City Council is seeking an Assistant Residential Practitioner at Adel Beck Secure Children's Home to support 10–18 year olds in a safe, caring environment. You will work within a therapeutic model, receive full training, and help young people improve attitudes, behaviours and learning.

The role requires flexibility for shifts including weekends and nights, a commitment to safeguarding, and a drive to help vulnerable young people reach their potential.
