Job summary

Ygam is seeking a Programs Executive to empower young people aged 8-16 through Bite Back in Schools. You will design and deliver engaging in-schools activities, coordinating visits, assemblies, and support across England and Scotland.

You will collaborate with School Food Project partners, support events and residentials, track impact, and help grow the programme year over year. The role suits proactive, adaptable individuals eager to learn and make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and organise visits to schools, agreeing agendas with schools, leading feedback sessions and developing social action campaigns.
• Deliver assemblies with schools participating in the programme, coordinating with Bite Back ambassadors.
• Support pupils with travel logistics for assemblies across England and Scotland.
• Deliver training and webinars for schools; maintain programme management software and data.
• Ensure end-to-end support for 5+ primary schools throughout the school year; share best practices.
