Job summary

The role involves a mix of afternoon and evening hours and travel across Bath and North East Somerset to reach different communities.

Responsibilities

• Leading youth sessions in BANES

• Ensuring smooth session delivery with a clear plan and positive energy
• Working a pattern that predominantly covers early to late evenings, with some daytime hours
• Travelling independently to multiple locations to deliver high-quality youth work where it’s needed most
