Job summary

Wakefield Trinity is seeking a part-time Youth Performance Analyst to support the development of its Reserves and Academy teams through video analysis and performance insight. You will lead performance analysis for all youth teams, attending fixtures and training to record footage, produce clips and deliver pre/post-match analysis that supports player development and coaching.

You will report to the Head of Analysis and work with coaches to ensure accurate, timely insights and high-quality video

Qualifications

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Experience using video equipment and performance analysis software.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
A self-motivated, respectful and helpful approach.
A commitment to continued personal development.
A DBS check is required.

Responsibilities

Attend all Reserves and Academy fixtures and training sessions.
Film training sessions, produce video clips and share footage with players and coaches.
Lead performance analysis for both teams using specialist analysis software.
Deliver detailed pre-match and post-match analysis.
Communicate effectively with players, coaches and club staff.
