Job summary

Rotherham United Football Club is seeking a performance analysis enthusiast to join the academy team on a fixed-term contract from 6 July 2026 to 9 May 2027. You will set up and film matches and training sessions, process uploads to Hudl, and provide tactical feedback to coaches to aid player development.

The role involves weekend work at the academy training ground, supporting U18 and academy sessions. A good football knowledge base and experience with analysis tools are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance analysis and football knowledge.
• Familiarity with elite sporting environments.
• Experience using Sports Code, Keynote, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Set up and film matches and training.
• Process and upload matches to Hudl platforms.
• Provide tactical and technical feedback to coaches.
