Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a Residential Activities Support Worker in Wrexham to provide overnight residential care for children aged 8-18, including facilitating outdoor adventures. The role requires 39 hours per week with a 4 days on, 8 days off cycle and sleep-ins.

You will reside at the activities centre during shifts, with accommodation and meals provided. Drivers' license and right to work in the UK are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and emotional support to children aged 8-18 in a residential setting.
• Lead and supervise outdoor activities such as rock climbing, mountain biking, kayaking and hiking.
• Support personal development and positive routines through structured activities and daily care.
• Work as part of a team to create a safe, engaging and supportive environment.
