Job summary

Keys Activity & Intervention in Wrexham is seeking a Children’s Support Worker with Outdoor Activities to join an activity-based residential home for ages 8-18. You will live on-site during shifts and help deliver an adventurous, supportive care program in a dynamic environment.

Accommodation and meals are provided. The role includes a 39-hour week on a rotating schedule with sleep-ins, and requires a UK driving license and right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Must be over 21 and hold a full UK driving license.
• Commitment to 39 hours per week with a 4 days on, 8 days off rota including sleep-ins.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Provide emotional stability and daily care to help children thrive.
• Lead outdoor activities such as rock climbing, mountain biking and kayaking.
• Support personal and social development through structured activities.
• Collaborative teamwork to create a safe, caring environment.
• 5.6 weeks annual leave including 8 public holidays.
• DBS check fully paid by Keys Group.
