Thrive Education Liverpool is seeking a dedicated Youth Mentor to support young people who face challenges in learning and behaviour. You will help students believe in themselves again, build confidence, and develop social-emotional skills.

Working with a senior leadership team, you will create trusting relationships, provide structure, and support re-engagement with education, both in and out of the classroom.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people with challenging behaviour or additional needs.
• A strong understanding of the challenges disadvantaged young people face.
• A calm, resilient, and consistent approach.
• A genuine passion for mentoring and helping young people succeed.

Responsibilities

• As a Youth Mentor, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome barriers both in and out of the classroom.
