Job summary

Nudge Education in the United Kingdom is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH or additional needs in a community-based setting. You will work across locations, building trust and delivering tailored intervention sessions to help young people reconnect and thrive.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week to provide consistency for our young people
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role
