Job summary

Nudge Education is recruiting compassionate practitioners to provide personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN/SEMH needs in community settings. This role is flexible, focusing on safe, engaging learning outside traditional classrooms.

You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, build trusting relationships, monitor progress, and report safeguarding concerns. A UK driving licence and willingness to travel are required, with DBS checks conducted as part of safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
• Interest in outdoor experiences (eg fishing).
