Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead the successful delivery of the Youth Job Guarantee programme across a designated area in the UK.

You will inspire teams, drive performance, and ensure excellence in contract compliance, safeguarding and participant outcomes. The role requires strong leadership, proven track record of meeting performance targets, and stakeholder management across employers, Jobcentre Plus, and training providers.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership and management experience.
• Experience delivering services against contractual and quality standards.
• GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and coach teams to deliver high performance and outcomes.
• Drive delivery of the Youth Job Guarantee programme across your area.
• Achieve contractual targets across performance, quality, safeguarding and experience.
• Use data to identify risks and improve performance.
• Oversee participant journeys and ensure personalised support.
• Build partnerships with employers, Jobcentre Plus and providers.
• Manage resources, budgets and workforce capacity.
• Maintain high standards of quality assurance and risk management.
• Champion an exceptional participant experience and accountability.
