Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead the Youth Job Guarantee programme across a designated area in the UK.

You will manage a team of Team Leaders, Youth Employment Advisors, Trainers and Employer Account Executives to achieve strong participant outcomes, with accountability for contract performance, quality and safeguarding. The role requires significant leadership experience, a track record of delivering against performance metrics, and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Leadership and management experience required.
• Experience delivering services against contractual and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and coach Teams to deliver high performance and outcomes.
• Drive delivery of Youth Job Guarantee across area.
• Achieve contractual targets across performance, quality, compliance and safeguarding.
• Use data and insights to identify risks and drive improvements.
• Oversee participant journeys and ensure personalised support leads to employment outcomes.
• Build partnerships with employers, Jobcentre Plus, local authorities and training providers.
• Support collaboration between delivery and employer engagement teams.
• Manage resources, budgets and workforce capacity to meet contractual requirements.
• Maintain high standards of quality assurance, compliance and risk management.
• Champion an exceptional participant experience and culture of accountability.
