Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd. is recruiting for a Youth Employment Advisor to support 18-24 year olds through our Youth Job Guarantee programme, providing coaching, CV and interview prep, and ongoing in-work support.

You will manage a caseload, work with employers and partners, and use Microsoft 365 tools to track progress, while meeting performance targets. This permanent, 37-hour-per-week role offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people aged 18-24.
• Experience managing a caseload and maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to motivate individuals facing barriers to employment.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and Microsoft 365 proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Youth Employment Advisors to hit targets.
• Oversee participant journeys using performance data to identify risks.
• Deliver personalised support including action plans and coaching.
• Support progression to sustainable employment.
• Collaborate with employers and partners to secure opportunities.
• Ensure accurate records and compliance.
• Promote safeguarding and welfare.
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback.
