Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd. invites a proactive Team Leader to drive a team of Youth Employment Advisors focused on empowering 18–24s to overcome barriers and gain sustainable employment.

You will support the Business Manager, monitor performance, and ensure safeguarding and excellent participant experience across the Youth Job Guarantee programme. You will coach and motivate staff, manage caseload journeys, and use insights to improve outcomes while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or management experience with coaching responsibility.
• Experience in a target-driven environment with quality/contractual standards.
• Strong knowledge of local labour market and employment opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM/case management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and coach a team of Youth Employment Advisors to hit performance targets and deliver exceptional participant experience.
• Oversee caseloads and journeys, using data to identify risks and opportunities for intervention.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, personalised support including assessments, action plans and employability coaching.
• Support young people to build confidence, independence and workplace readiness for sustainable employment.
• Collaborate with employers, partners and internal teams to secure job opportunities and matches.
• Drive sustained outcomes through effective in-work support and early intervention when needed.
• Maintain high standards of compliance with accurate records and MI.
• Promote safeguarding and participant welfare and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Champion continuous improvement through coaching and feedback to enhance team performance.
