Job summary

Seetec is hiring a Business Manager to lead the Youth Job Guarantee across a designated area. You will inspire and develop a team of Team Leaders, Youth Employment Advisors, Trainers and Employer Account Executives to achieve outstanding participant outcomes.

The role is based in the Isle of Wight with a 37-hour week; you will manage performance data, quality, safeguarding and budgets while building strong employer partnerships and ensuring personalised support for young people.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership and management experience.
• Proven experience in a target-driven environment.
• Experience delivering services against contractual and quality standards.
• GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, Word).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and coach Team Leaders to deliver high performance and strong participant outcomes.
• Drive the successful delivery of the Youth Job Guarantee programme across your area.
• Achieve contractual targets across performance, quality, compliance and safeguarding.
• Use data and insights to identify risks, improve performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee participant journeys and ensure personalised support leads to sustainable employment outcomes.
• Build strong partnerships with employers, Jobcentre Plus, local authorities and training providers.
• Support collaboration between delivery and employer engagement teams to maximise opportunities.
• Manage resources, budgets and workforce capacity to meet requirements.
• Maintain high standards of quality assurance, safeguarding and risk management.
• Champion an exceptional participant experience and a culture of accountability.
