Job summary

The King's Trust is seeking a Youth Development Lead – Enterprise in Leeds. The role supports young entrepreneurs to explore ideas, write business plans and start businesses, in a hybrid setup with 3 days in the office each week.

You will guide a caseload, deliver enterprise activities and assist funding applications while travelling locally to support programme delivery. A passion for empowering youth is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young entrepreneurs is essential.
• Ability to develop robust business plans and financial forecasts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to offer constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Support a caseload of young people to launch business ideas.
• Help create business plans, cash flow forecasts and survival budgets.
• Travel to local areas to support programme delivery as needed.
