• Experience building partnerships with employers, training providers or other external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of employment pathways and opportunities for young people.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical partnership plans with measurable impact.
• Commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop partnerships with employers, training providers and sector networks to create high-quality employment, training and work experience opportunities for young people.
• Work closely with local delivery teams to understand regional priorities and ensure partnership activity supports our place-based strategy and organisational goals.
• Identify new opportunities, onboard employer partners and monitor partnership performance, ensuring compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and Trust policies.
• Collaborate with Delivery Partnership Development Managers across the UK to share best practice, maximise national partnerships and improve opportunities for young people.
• Capture partnership activity and performance data, using insights to demonstrate impact, support reporting and continuously improve our services.
