Job summary

Capital City College in London is seeking a Kings Trust Assistant Team Leader to help recruit, plan and deliver The King's Trust Team Programme for 16-25s. You will work with the Team Leader to support learners, plan 12-week activities and provide pastoral guidance.

The role is fixed-term, full-time (35 hours per week) ending 31 July 2027, with DBS checks and a commitment to safeguarding. You will coordinate partners, assessments and reports while promoting a positive, inclusive learning

Qualifications

• Experience delivering education or employability programmes.
• Ability to plan and deliver a 12-week Programme with monitoring and evaluation.
• Experience coordinating with partners and employers.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and planning for The King's Trust Team Programme.
• Deliver The King's Trust Employment, Teamwork and Community Skills qualification.
• Coordinate enrichment activities and guest speakers.
• Identify learner additional needs and contribute to learning plans.
• Assist with learner reviews, assessments and portfolio progress.
• Support reporting and data collection for CCC and The King's Trust.
• Assist with health, safety and quality during placement visits.
