Job summary

Kibble is seeking a proactive Social Enterprise Manager to grow its social businesses and enterprise opportunities. You will identify opportunities, develop business plans, and build partnerships with employers, funders and education organisations to create meaningful work experiences for young people.

You will also lead enterprise curriculum development across the Skills Academy, supervise instructors, and support staff development, ensuring high-quality delivery of vocational learning.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in entrepreneurship or social enterprise.
• Experience building and scaling impact-led ventures.
• Ability to identify market opportunities and develop robust business plans.
• Strong leadership and project-management skills.
• Ability to build relationships with employers, funders and external partners.
• Desirable qualification in management, business, education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify social business opportunities that align with Kibble's objectives.
• Develop business plans covering viability, sustainability and impact.
• Lead creation and scaling of social ventures and enterprise projects.
• Foster an entrepreneurial culture across Kibble and its staff.
• Manage relationships with employers, investors and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to Skills Academy instructors and staff.
