YMCA Dulverton Group in Somerset is seeking an Engagement Officer to inspire and support residents living in our accommodation. You will help young people grow in confidence, develop independence and engage with opportunities within YMCA Dulverton Group and the wider community.

The role requires excellent communication, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a flexible approach to evenings, weekends and travel between sites.

Qualificações

• Experience working with young people or in supported housing or community settings.
• Ability to co-design and deliver engaging activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Inspire and support residents to build confidence and independence.

• Assist with flexible hours including evenings and weekends; travel between sites.
