YMCA Dulverton Group is seeking motivated individuals to join our Young Persons’ Housing team in Minehead, Somerset. You will work closely with young people to provide supported accommodation, modelling positive behaviours to help them live independently and reach their goals.

Applicants should be capable of lone working, understand safeguarding procedures and be committed to delivering a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be able to work alone and manage challenging behaviours.
• Awareness of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Ability to establish professional, positive relationships with young people.
