Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council is seeking a Youth Worker to help deliver engaging activities across open access and targeted programmes for local young people. You will build trust, support wellbeing and help young people grow with confidence.

Join a friendly team delivering sessions of about 2.5 hours during term time, with additional holiday work. Enthusiasm, patience and empathy are essential to inspire and empower every young person to reach their potential.
