Trigon Recruitment Ltd in London is seeking an Employment Advisor Youth Employment to support young people from their first steps toward work through tailored one-to-one coaching. You will manage a caseload of participants referred to the programme and help them become job-ready with personalised action plans.

In this role you will engage with employers to identify paid opportunities, deliver intensive employability coaching during the initial four-week preparation period and provide ongoing

Qualifications

• Experience in employability support and coaching.
• Ability to mentor and guide young people toward sustainable employment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with Jobcentre Plus or training providers is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of young people, providing tailored one-to-one employment support.
• Develop individual Employment Action Plans with clear objectives and milestones.
• Deliver structured, one-to-one employment coaching during the initial four-week preparation period.
• Support participants to develop confidence, CV writing, job searching and interview techniques.
• Coordinate access to training and sector-specific courses to close skills gaps.
• Identify barriers and provide timely in-work coaching and post-placement support.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of action plans and outcomes.
