Futureworks seeks a dedicated Training Adviser to support 16- to 24-year-olds through current and future employability programmes across Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion. You will deliver accredited and non-accredited learning in employability, wellbeing, personal development and work readiness, plus tailored one-to-one coaching and progression planning.

You'll work with learners facing barriers, helping them build confidence and design realistic paths into employment, education or further training,

Competenze

• Ideally, you will hold, or be willing to work towards the listed post-16 teaching/training qualifications.
• Assessor Award is desirable for this role.
• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) as a Work-Based Learning Practitioner is preferred.

• Deliver group sessions and personalised one-to-one support.
• Carry out holistic assessments to identify strengths, needs and barriers.
• Develop personalised learning and employability action plans.
• Deliver group sessions covering employability, wellbeing, personal development and work readiness.

• Provide careers guidance, CV support, job search assistance and interview preparation.
• Prepare learners for the workplace with essential skills and behaviours.
• Coordinate and support meaningful work placements with employers.
• Collaborate with employers to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
