Job summary

Futureworks in Cardigan is seeking a Training Adviser to help young people aged 16-19 (expanding to 16-24 from April 2027) develop skills, confidence and employability through the Jobs Growth Wales+ programme and other employability initiatives.

You will deliver engaging group sessions and one-to-one support, helping learners overcome barriers, gain qualifications, improve wellbeing and progress into employment, education or further training, with a focus on high-quality work placements.
