Zusammenfassung

Futureworks in Cardigan is seeking a Training Adviser to help young people aged 16-19 (expanding to 16-24 from April 2027) develop skills, confidence and employability through the Jobs Growth Wales+ programme and other employability initiatives.

You will deliver engaging group sessions and one-to-one support, helping learners overcome barriers, gain qualifications, improve wellbeing and progress into employment, education or further training, with a focus on high-quality work placements.

Qualifikationen

• Deliver engaging group sessions and one-to-one support to young people aged 16-19 (expanding to 16-24 from April 2027) to develop skills and employability.
• Support learners to overcome barriers, gain qualifications and improve wellbeing for progression into employment, education or further training.
• Facilitate high-quality work placements as part of the Jobs Growth Wales+ programme and other initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Deliver group sessions and one-to-one support to learners to build skills and confidence.
• Prepare learners for work and assist with securing meaningful work placements.
• Provide ongoing mentoring and progress tracking to ensure positive outcomes.
