Seetec Group is seeking an Employability Trainer in Wiltshire & Swindon to deliver high quality employability and work preparation support to Youth Jobs Guarantee participants. You will run a mix of bite-sized workshops, group sessions, online training and 1:1 coaching to help young people gain CV, interview and job-search skills.

You will tailor sessions to individual needs, support progression into live vacancies, and work with Youth Employment Advisors to maximise outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering employability, work preparation, and personal development training to young people and adults.
• Ability to adapt content for different learning styles and remove barriers to employment.
• Delivery across multiple formats including face-to-face and online sessions.

Responsabilités

• Deliver engaging employability and work preparation training through flexible formats (micro sessions, group workshops, one-to-one support, in-person and online).
• Assess participant needs and tailor content, pace, and delivery for inclusive support.
• Provide practical job-readiness training: CV writing, applications, job search, interviews, confidence building and transferable skills.
• Collaborate with Youth Employment Advisors to support progression into live vacancies.
• Develop and improve micro-learning sessions and training materials based on feedback and delivery insights.
• Plan delivery schedules to maximise engagement and outcomes.
• Maintain records of delivery, attendance, and outcomes in line with requirements.
• Ensure delivery is safe, inclusive, and compliant with policies.
