Job summary

Accord Appointments Ltd seeks an ambitious Team Leader to guide a team of Mentors and Programme Coordinators, driving development and outcomes for young people.

You will foster a positive culture, coach through regular feedback, and use data to identify improvements, while building trusted relationships with local employers and partners. This is an office-based role with regular travel within the local area.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching or supervising people, ideally within employability, youth services, customer service, welfare-to-work or another target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Mentors and Programme Coordinators.
• Create a positive, ambitious culture where people feel valued and motivated.
• Help your team turn great intentions into measurable results.
• Use performance data and insight to spot opportunities and keep everyone moving forward.
• Coach through regular one-to-ones, observations, feedback and development conversations.
• Make sure participants receive the right support at every stage of their journey.
• Build strong relationships with employers, business and local partners.
• Share ideas and best practice to continually improve the service.
• Recognise great performance while confidently addressing challenges when they arise.
• Champion inclusion, safeguarding, quality and outstanding participant experiences.
