The role oversees staff and youth within a structured daily plan, delivering comprehensive interventions in a controlled environment. The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice or related field, at least two years in the population, a valid Massachusetts driver’s license, and preferred supervisory experience.
