Brakes UK is launching the Your Way Field Sales Consultant role in Tottenham. This home/field based position offers a base salary with strong bonuses, plus a company car or car allowance and a competitive benefits package.

You will win and maximise business within a one-square-mile neighbourhood, building relationships, onboarding new customers, and working with distribution partners to drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales and account management to win and maximise local business.
• Commercially astute with strong relationship-building abilities in the community.
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis and forecasting.
• Experience with or willingness to learn Salesforce to track activity and performance.

Responsibilities

• Research target audience and opportunities in your neighbourhood.
• Build and leverage relationships through face-to-face meetings and customer understanding.
• Onboard new customers and maintain relationships with existing accounts; track activity in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with distribution partners/drivers to strengthen the local team.
• Deliver profitable volume growth and hit defined targets.
• Monitor local market activity to offer best solutions from Brakes' portfolio.
