Brakes is seeking a Field Sales Consultant for Ayr, home/field based. You will own sales in a 1-square-mile neighbourhood, driving growth with a competitive base salary and bonus potential.

A company car or allowance and a home-based contract are included, with access to industry-leading development programs. You’ll research opportunities, build customer relationships, onboard new accounts, and work with our distribution partner to create a strong local team.

Qualifikationen

• Field Sales/Account Management background preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.

• Research target audience and opportunities in your neighbourhood.
• Build and leverage relationships with local customers through face-to-face meetings.
• Onboard new customers and maintain relationships with existing accounts; track activity in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with distribution partner/driver to serve the community.
• Deliver profitable volume growth and hit targets.
• Monitor market activity to offer the best solutions from Brakes.
