Job summary

Vincere is seeking an accomplished Construction Partner or Senior Director to establish and lead a flagship Yorkshire practice. You will operate with equity considerations, backed by C-Suite leadership, and drive fee generation across construction and engineering matters for developers, main contractors, and sub-contractors nationwide.

You will leverage an existing client base, manage disputes and non-contentious work, and collaborate across real estate, corporate, and commercial teams to expand

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with England & Wales admission and 8+ PQE in Construction/Engineering
• Evidence of portable client following (developers, main contractors, sub-contractors, funds or consultants)
• Strong fee generation capability and ability to lead a Yorkshire practice

Responsibilities

• Lead and establish the Yorkshire Construction practice with C-Suite support
• Deliver comprehensive non-contentious and contentious construction advice
• Advise real estate, corporate and finance teams on development agreements and funding structures
• Manage and grow fee income with cross-department collaboration
• Lead cross-referrals and build a standalone regional offering
