Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 8+ years PQE in UK Immigration law.
• Portable client following essential across corporate entities or private clients.
• Expertise in sponsor licences, UKVI compliance, Skilled Worker visas, Global Mobility routes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Yorkshire Immigration practice with C-Suite support.
• Deliver advisory services across corporate and personal immigration law.
• Drive fee generation and cross-referral with employment, corporate, and private client teams.
