Proven portable client following essential to anchor and expand in Yorkshire and national hubs.
Strong leadership and business development skills for building teams and cross-referrals.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale a practice area across Yorkshire hubs with full financial backing.
Build, mentor and expand a dedicated practice team leveraging HR and marketing support.
Deliver bespoke commercial legal advice and grow client networks through targeted BD.
Engage with senior leadership on growth strategies and equity progression.
Collaborate with cross-departmental partners to maximise cross-referrals.
