Vincere in Manchester seeks an established Partner or Senior Practice Director to scale a practice with full financial backing, an internal marketing engine, and HR/recruitment support. You will lead a practice area, build a team, and participate in equity for growth through a national cross-referral network.

The role targets candidates with 8+ PQE, a portable client following, and strong business development and advisory skills, across Corporate, Commercial, Real Estate, Private Client,

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 8+ years PQE across Corporate/Commercial, Real Estate, Dispute Resolution, Private Client, or Employment in a UK practice.
• Portable client following demonstrated to anchor and expand the practice in Manchester and national hubs.
• Strategic capability to build and mentor a practice team using HR, recruitment and marketing infrastructure.
• Passion for delivering tailored advisory and business development to expand client network through referrals.
• Strong practice management with appetite to engage senior leadership on growth and equity progression.
