Job summary

Vincere in London seeks an accomplished Construction Partner or Senior Director to establish and lead a flagship Construction & Engineering practice, backed by a national firm with an equity path and C-Suite support.

The role offers £140,000–£180,000 base, potential equity/partner profit share, a hybrid London working model, and a comprehensive benefits package, with a portable client following and cross‑department collaboration across real estate, finance and corporate teams.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 8+ years’ PQE in Construction and Engineering law.
• Portable client following including developers, main contractors, sub-contractors, funds, or consultants.
• Experience drafting and negotiating standard-form suites (JCT, NEC, FIDIC) and related contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead establishment and scaling of London Construction practice with cross-referrals.
• Deliver comprehensive contentious and non-contentious construction advice.
• Collaborate with real estate and finance teams on development and funding arrangements.
