Gravity Recruit Limited is seeking an Area Manager to oversee a number of fast-paced, high turnover locations in the Yorkshire area. The role focuses on delivering excellent service, managing KPI performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple sites in a dynamic Quick Food Service brand.

You will lead and develop site managers, implement people plans, and drive operational excellence to maximise customer service and revenue in a busy hospitality network.

Formación

• Minimum 12 months experience in a multi-site hospitality operation.
• Experience in fast-paced sectors such as QFS, casual dining or similar preferred.
• Retail sectors with fast-paced large teams and food regulations may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee commercial and operations KPIs across sites in Yorkshire.
• Ensure service levels and compliance at all times.
• Develop managers and resources to maximise customer service and revenue.
