Page Personnel is recruiting for an Area Manager to oversee multiple locations in the North region, based in Warrington, England. The role focuses on leadership, operational excellence and driving sales across a growing hospitality estate.

You will lead Store Managers, drive customer standards, manage budgets and support new openings with hands-on planning and training. A strong track record in multi-site management is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager or Multi-Site Manager.
• Proven track record of leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing sales, budgets and profitability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving operational standards across multiple locations.
• Ability to analyse performance data and implement actions to improve results.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and their teams to deliver outstanding performance.
• Create a positive and engaging culture that reflects the company's values and promotes accountability.
• Identify talent within the business and support succession planning and career development initiatives.
• Recruit, train and retain high-quality team members across your region.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development support.
• Ensure stores consistently meet brand standards, operational procedures and food safety requirements.
• Drive operational efficiency and best practice across all locations.
• Support refurbishments, business improvement projects and operational change initiatives.
• Ensure consistent execution of company policies and procedures across all stores.
• Take full ownership of sales, profit and loss performance across your area.
• Analyse sales trends, labour costs, waste and KPIs to maximise profitability.
• Work with Store Managers to identify opportunities for sales growth and operational improvements.
• Deliver area budgets and contribute to wider strategic objectives.
• Drive local initiatives to increase sales, customer footfall and brand awareness.
• Support the successful delivery of new store openings across the region, ensuring locations launch on time and to company standards.
• Build and develop new store teams, ensuring colleagues are fully trained and equipped for a successful opening.
• Provide hands-on operational support during opening periods to drive strong customer experiences and commercial performance from day one.
