Gravity Recruit Limited is seeking an Area Manager to oversee several fast-paced, high-turnover sites in the North West. You will drive operational excellence, ensure service levels, and compliance across multiple locations.

The role requires at least 12 months of multi-site hospitality experience, strong organisational skills, and a hands-on, proactive leadership style. The package includes a base salary up to £50k plus bonus and a company car.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have at least 12 months experience in a multi site Hospitality Operation.
• Experience in fast-paced sectors such as QFS is preferred, casual dining or similar also welcomed.
• Retail sectors with fast-paced, large teams and food regulations may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial and operations KPI across multiple sites in the North West.
• Ensure sites provide top levels of service at all times.
• Deliver on operational and compliance regulations and KPIs.
