Rix Capital is launching a new yoga studio in London and seeks an exceptional Studio Manager to help bring it to life. You will lead the pre-opening set-up, recruit and onboard a small team, and establish studio standards and processes for a warm, community-focused environment.

From pricing structures and memberships to class scheduling and daily operations, you will shape the guest experience and drive the studio's successful opening and ongoing performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in managing a wellness studio or gym.
• Strong ops and organisational skills.
• Experience with pricing, budgeting and cost control.
• Confident hiring and managing small teams.
• Familiarity with booking systems and studio software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-opening set-up, construction liaison and procurement.
• Build booking systems and studio workflows.
• Recruit, hire and onboard teaching and front-of-house staff.
• Manage day-to-day operations and guest experience.
• Develop pricing structures, memberships and class packages.
• Lead marketing and community engagement efforts.
