Job summary

Gymbox is seeking a Studio & Operations Manager to lead studio operations, timetable management, instructor relationships and the overall member experience across our London clubs.

You will manage class timetables, coordinate scheduling, and support growth of our fitness experiences while upholding brand standards and exceptional service. A proactive, organised communicator who loves fitness will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with excellent administrative skills.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building abilities.

• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain club timetables and studio bookings.
• Oversee studio budgets and commercial performance.
• Coordinate instructor scheduling, onboarding, communication and payroll processes.
• Support development, promotion and evaluation of Gymbox classes and fitness experiences.
• Educate and engage club teams to champion studio offerings.
• Maintain high operational standards across studio environments.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Gymbox culture and member experience.
